I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Standard of workmanship was excellent. Andrew and Stuart were very accommodating and ensured that they tidied up before leaving for the night. Work was completed ahead of schedule, and to a high standard. Would definitely use firm again.
George came round to our house on time and wrote a very comprehesive report as requested. He examined our faulty windows with care and with attention to detail and he also pointed out many other faults that we had not noticed. His report will form the basis of our claim against the window company that made a mess of fitting the new windows and I would highly recommend his services.

Tom was pleasant and on time he did a marvelous job of my flat pack (king size ottoman bed). I also had him do re grouting in my bathroom. The price was okay considering he had been there all day.
