I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

Russell and Tom are very reliable people who can offer high quality for renovation, tiling, plastering, and, like in our case, kitchen fitting. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. The job was finished on time, with no delays on their part, and they showed an excellent understanding of our needs. We are a family run business based in West Yorkshire but covering the North of England. We deal with all general joinery work but specialise in Kitchen refurbishment projects. Our head installer has over 20 years experience in kitchens. We handle the refurbishment from design through to completion, providing CAD drawings to show what your dream kitchen will look like. We cater for any budget, from simple door replacements to a complete kitchen replacement. We were happy with the kitchen and work (apart from late start and finish / lack of communication), but the kitchen has been in for less than a year and the new floor that was laid is splitting. The underlay wasn’t installed correctly so the joints on the vinyl tiles have split. We’re going to have to have it all removed and done again, properly. Very disappointing.

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.

Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.
Brendan has done a first class job for us (entire front bedroom and landing ceiling), at a competitive price. We are very pleased with the result, and have no hesitation in recommending him.

When I was told that Mark and his team would be at our house before we left for work at 7am, I couldn't believe it! But they stuck to their word; they showed up early, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.
Very disappointed with this builder. The most unreliable tradesman we have ever come across. Can't actually comment on the quality or value of his work, as he never turned up to do anything substantial. Let us down on too many occasions and we had to let him go.

Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Say one thing and then don't stick to it; quoted my job and then turned up and requested more so I didn't give them my job
