I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. We are a well experienced, fully qualified and very friendly couple of guys looking to expand and get our name out there. We have over 8 years experience each both in various fields of the building trade, mainly carpentry. clean and competitive.
The team first gave a competative quote for the work. A good start! They turned up on time, and then paid attention to my requirements before starting the job. They worked hard and efficiently together to get the job done. 7:30 AM to 18:00 without a break. The result was to professional standards. Would I recommend them? Yes, very much so! In fact I'm already planning to get them back to do another project for me. I think that statement really says it all.
Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
Good job done and very willing to return to help out with a non related plumbing job!

I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom, it is like something in a luxury hotel and I cannot recommend Mariposa enough. I felt so cosetted, cared for and listened to the entire time. My installer was Steve and he is a master of bathroom fitting - he found quite a few oddities hidden in my existing bathroom and so had to adapt and be innovative to work around them. His work was immaculate and he is one of the tidiest people I have ever had here doing work for me.

A difficult job in a very old building. Plenty of communication prior to fitting of non-standard door and frame. Work carried-out to instructions. Will use again. Highly recommended.

Shortly after finishing our renovation the floor began to lift, after a 2-year battle and almost court they admitted it was a fitting fault. Not ideal for a 12k job. Now our sink has fallen in, turns out he has used the world's smallest bit of wood and some sealant to fix it to the underside of our granite worktops rather than correctly fitting it using the fixings on the actual sink. Add to this, gaps between drawers and misaligned cupboards and you get the idea.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok
I gave him the keys for the property, he hasn't turned up to return the keys as work has been finished a two weeks ago.

Original work in painting walls & ceiling of bedroom was good & we would have given five stars in each category. However, after finishing & being paid in full, the following evening we found a broken blind slat. The reply to my email about this said "I'll pop in tonight on the way home for you". As it was a 'no show', I sent an email saying "As you didn't come this evening, what's the situation?". There has been no response to this and this has affected our ratings in all categories.
