I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Excellent communication and work!Took the time to explain potential problems and solutions before taking the job. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. Most impressively for me was he was able to organise the whole job via messages at unusual times due to me being a shift worker and even worked weekends to limit the interruption in my life! We are very happy with the completion of the porch project. Nicholas and Ben were very helpful throughout the entire project suggesting some tweaks and changes that enhanced the overall project. They were particularly helpful when it came to selecting the timber as we originally wanted dried oak. The oak was particularly poor quality (Nicholas sent us images from the timber merchants) and advised us to go with Douglas Fir. They were very tidy and cleared up at the end of each day. Would highly recommend.
