I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. 18 months after the works were completed, it is apparent that he has not used a suitable downpipe connection joint as it is leaking. Showing the work to a surveyor he said " Looks like they have tried to get away with using a cheap connection. They should have fitted a connection that goes into the pipe opposed to joining a UPVC into the side of it. Ideally it should be one section so there are no joints." I have emailed the builder but he has not attended site to correct this. I would not recommend him.

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

Came out to price the job, supplied cost and now can't get a hold of them to complete the job despite contacting them more than 3 times.
Hot water heating and plumbing have been installing bathrooms and all other aspects of plumbing and tiling for 25 years
Great service from Linton. He fitted a new shower unit and tray in our en suite. Linton arrived to do the work when he said he would. He kept us appraised at all times with the progress of the job. We are chuffed with the outcome of our shower it is a very tidy job. Linton is a tidy worker and very pleasant person to deal with. We will be booking him again to fit our bathroom.
