I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Russell and Tom are very reliable people who can offer high quality for renovation, tiling, plastering, and, like in our case, kitchen fitting. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. The job was finished on time, with no delays on their part, and they showed an excellent understanding of our needs. Yet another triumph for the two Gary's! In less than two days they have transformed a front garden I was ashamed of to one I can be proud of and that people comment on. An unwieldy hedge was quickly removed and taken away, ditto the untidy gravel and replaced with very neat and attractive blocks. I've already arranged for some inside work to be done in the summer . . .

Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do.
