I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Fantastic job. Delivered on time despite a few unexpected snags along the way. Standard of work top notch, on-site team great, personable, experienced and diligent. Daily clean up was thorough.The flat is in a block of 40 plus, we received really positive feed back from the other residents. They will be invited back to do our kitchen. The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.
It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

Trot came to install a cat flap through a wall within the house. Done an? absolutely amazing job which looks very neat and tidy! And was at a good price especially considering it was a very niche job! They had great communication and was able to help with any questions we had.
