Ilja did decorating work and other jobs at our home. He was very friendly, Proficient, careful and communicated clearly throughout the project. He did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be more pleased. I Would highly recommend him would use him again.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

We have really appreciated the efficient and professional work from Tom. He delivered a very competative quote in a good timely manner, when we agreed on the contract he arrived on time, and his work was good and accurate. We have a small bathroom and could only do a like-for-like replacement, so wanted something basic. The work was professionally done, we were consulted when Phil ran into problems that needed our decision and we were happy to leave him to get on with things alone. Phil had a great work ethic, kept the hallway carpet protected through the job and tidied up after himself really well at the end. He was also happy to throw in little extras without changing the quote. Overall we were really happy with the work.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

John came by the same day as I asked for the quote in the evening which was very convenient and fixed my fused lights, rewired them without having to pull the loft insulation apart, great job - thanks very much, lovely man, would defo use again and recommend.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.
