As part of their trusted trader scheme. I am registered as a Joint Industry Board (JIB) approved electrician with full City and Guilds qualifications including the most recent editorial certificate for the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, A C Electrical is registered with the National Inspection Council For Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) as a domestic installer and able to issue certification for all Part P electrical work undertaken. I recently hired Sergiu from SR Bespoke Joinery to address a bathroom leak and repair the resulting damage to the ceiling, as well as re-tile the area behind the sink. Despite some complications in locating the leak, Sergiu approached the situation with impressive calmness and logic, ultimately identifying and resolving the issue effectively. Throughout the project, Sergiu exhibited professionalism and punctuality. He maintained a clean work environment, ensuring that everything was tidied up.
I have more than 5 years' experience as a professional handyman, however, if you count all he jobs I've done around the house and for friends over the years, then this increases to 25 years plus of DIY experience . A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
