I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

We are extremely happy with our bathroom refurbishment. It looks better than we imagined because of C&M builders and their hard work. Dorina & Cyprian came to view the work and gave us a reasonable quote the same day of us posting the ad as we wanted the work to be done urgently. They started work the next week and were very understanding of our needs. Dorina was our main contact and was always reachable. Haba came and looked at the job and gave me a price we agreed on a start date which he kept started the job on time his work was clean and tidy and gave a fair price for the job . He also corrected some bad workmanship done by another workman before him .very pleased with his work would use him again and or recommend him to others 10/10

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
We are limited company ,running 5 years. Our team are included professional electric, plumber and designer. We are doing loft conversation, extension and decorations!!!
