I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. I am City and Guilds trained with over 25 years experience in all aspects of Carpentry and Joinery. All projects are planned and discused with the client and all work finished to a high standard and on Budget. Very tidy workman, fully insured.
Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

We had a log burning stove fitted. Nick was very helpful from the the beginning. He explained what needed to be done and gave us a very good price for the job. They came and worked through the day while we were at work and when we got home they had left the room very tidy and with only a small amount of dust to wipe away.
