I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.

James was professional, skilled, and always turned up on time and when he said he would. His workmanship was excellent, and pricing was competitive. He finished the job on time and we are pleased with the end product. The flooring was not completely straightforward to lay, but with good advice from James on how to deal with the quirks (uneven floor, steps that were difficult to negotiate) we have a fantastic end product. Can't recommend James highly enough.
