I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. I would highly recommend this company. They recently completed a refurbishment of my bathroom, shower room and downstairs cloakroom to an excellent standard. Sebastian was always very prompt and professional in his communication and provided a detailed estimate and invoice and kept me fully informed about variations in cost {which were minimal} as the work progressed. The team were tidy and respectful thought the project and completed the work within the expected time. I am really pleased with the result.

Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.

TTO completed a large kitchen renovation in our house. The standard that they have completed it to is fantastic. Their attention to detail, flexibility and work ethic is excellent, no job is too big or too small. I would honestly never have anyone do any work on our property. I would give more stars if I could.

Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. They arrived when they said they would, did a good job, worked cleanly, were very clear on price and costs, and were proactive at dealing with issues. Very happy to recommend them .
I originally booked this work for our stairway and spare room.The work was done to a decent standard, bar a few snags,only noticed after.He never boxed in/plastered above the front door, which he was supposed to do.We've had to change the locks on our front door as he never brought our key back.He said he was going to come back and do some work on our kitchen.We removed our kitchen sink,hired a dehumidifier,he was supposed to start the following week,that was 3 weeks ago.He ignores texts & phone calls
