I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Stuart did a fantastic job. He was polite, tidy and very helpful in discussing the best way to approach the job. I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.
The KIT Team directed by joiner Gary Ogden were first rate and I would highly recommend them. Besides high quality work, they were on time, clean and very organized. Gary was also very helpful with any questions that came up during the project and because of a design change I was able to accommodate a trash bin drawer. Not recommended. Various delays on completion of decking job - weather , faulty materials. Paid for work promptly. After two weeks part of decking fell off ( decking unused). Company failed to repair work. Have given me four dates that they would fix - all no shows. Have not heard from them since last no show 29th July. Disappointing.

Listened to my ideas and offered useful advice in terms of how the wardrobes would look in space available. I loved that there was a showroom to visit so I could see examples of Andrew's work.
