I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. Very professional, flexible and reliable service. Price was excellent given the high quality finish. The tradesmen were very polite and we were more than happy to leave them alone in the house. Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.
I am an experienced carpentry based builder with a degree in Fine Art I have recently relocated to the NorthEast and am setting up a local small works building service.
Jordi fitted a floor to ceiling bookcase in our living room. He has surpassed my expectations in everyway. He turned up on time, was polite and most importantly did a fantastic job. He fitted the bookcase and managed to find some skirting board to match my existing so that it's completely build in. It's exactly what I wanted and it's such a professional finish and I am very happy that I found him. He gave me some good advice for decorating and tidied up before he left too.
