I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. We used Ervins to design and build a bespoke radiator cover, encompassing a shoe rack, in our hallway and to make and fit various shelving units around our home. He was personable, prompt and reliable throughout our dealing with him and provided a service that was excellent value for money. We would definitely use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
Russell is like the decorator in your dreams. Always on time: you could literally set your watch.by him. Works to a really high standard and takes pride in his work. Add to that: pleasant, completely reliable and easy to work with. Best of all, the rooms in my home that he did look amazing. I don't do this often, but I can't recommend him highly enough.
Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.
