I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Ash was extremely professional from producing quotes, to cleaning away daily. His workmanship was of a very high standard and he worked incredibly hard to get the work completed. The high finish on the bathroom is better than I could have hoped for and its the details that made a difference. Ash was approachable and happy to advise when I was unsure of materials. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
