I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. John came out to view and price the job at the agreed date and time and then came out to carry out the work a few days later. The job turned out to be more complicated than initially thought but he went above and beyond to complete the work.
I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.
