I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Flexible when job changed as we went along. Got rid of rubbish for me and did a great job of cleaning up after himself.
The job was carried out in a highly professional manner from start to finish - from the first visit, to the very reasonable estimate speedily delivered, through to completion on the agreed date. Very good contact with Alan. Very happy to provide advice in regard to window style and colours. Windows was done in 2 days and neat. Only a small issue due to the supplier sending wrong wrong-sized window, but not related to the company - in the meantime, my bathroom window was secured.
