I had many quotes for this job and the price point given by BJS was by far the most reasonable. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. It is nice to be quoted a fixed price per square metre. Lee works to a high standard and worked at the weekend to get the job done. I will definitely use Luxor Services again.

He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Ian and Peter were extremely adept at identifying the issues with the wiring of our kitchen, providing a quote with a fast turnaround. On the day of the fix, the two of them were professional, polite and personable, sorting the issue and explaining what the issue was and what steps had been taken to rectify the problem. Can't recommend them enough!

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

Lee came out next day to carry out the job advertised. He went to my elderly mother's flat, he was respectful of both my mother and her property. The job quote and end price were reasonable, especially because Lee traveled a fair distance to come out. We will definitely be using his business again.

Slight change of plan while waiting for planning permission but in the meantime Peter and his team have taken an interior wall down, replastered the ceilings and walls - lovely work and very reliable - I am very happy to recommend Complete General Builders
