I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.
What can I do? - tiles - plastering - painting - plasterboard construction - laying of floor panels - assembling furniture, garden structures - I am also a handyman, I can fix many things. - mechanical ventilation - soon insulation of buildings with polystyrene foam system I'm starting out on this site and don't have a review yet, but on MyBuilder they have 100% satisfied customers
