I had bought a new house and it needed a full interior paint job done, as all the rooms were different colours. From the moment I first spoke to Craig to the completion of the job, I have had a great experience. Craig was very helpful in suggesting a suitable colour and best ways to improve the look of the house. Near the end of the job, I mentioned some of the touch ups that needed doing and Craig made time to get everything fixed up. I would say Craig's communication was really good.

I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.

They replaced the dripping tap with stylish new ones. Fixed a bath tap and the seal around the sink bath and shower. Plus repainted the ceiling which was a mess and now the bathroom looks like new. We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience
