I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. They arrived when they said they would, did a good job, worked cleanly, were very clear on price and costs, and were proactive at dealing with issues. Very happy to recommend them .
I originally booked this work for our stairway and spare room.The work was done to a decent standard, bar a few snags,only noticed after.He never boxed in/plastered above the front door, which he was supposed to do.We've had to change the locks on our front door as he never brought our key back.He said he was going to come back and do some work on our kitchen.We removed our kitchen sink,hired a dehumidifier,he was supposed to start the following week,that was 3 weeks ago.He ignores texts & phone calls
