Sweet Plastering & Carpentry is a small local business who pride themselves on carrying out a high standard of workmanship with a reputation of great customer service. We carry out all aspects of building work internal and external by qualified tradesman.
Plastering was not completed, wall left with no skim on it. Plaster did not go up to the ceiling so gaps to be filled everywhere. The edges of the walls are still unfinished and rough. We was quoted one price then they said they couldn't finish the job at that price said they would come back to finish for another 400 pound but still have not seen where this money was spent. The first dsy they was here for maybe 4 hours the second vist was less then an hour the final day they arrived at 8.30 gone by lunch.
Richard was able to fix a problem that was quite tricky so I was very grateful and also took a quick look and fixed the fitting on the shower . Brilliant Reliable Experienced in many trades too . Thank you

Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. Paul was rude . He came without shoe cover on a wet day and stained the carpet. Despite the customer's insistence, he refused to quote price for the flat pack after viewing, saying it would be a little above £80, which was initially agreed, before he saw the chest of drawers. After the job he demanded £220 saying customer may decline, if he had told him before the job. Customer paid £195, he became verbally aggressive and began sendingrude and harassing messages demanding £25. This is deceptve .

This company is a pure scum! The roof has been constructed using an incorrect size of joists and needs rebuild. They built walls without insulation that I now need to rebuild, re plaster, repaint. It's been 5 months still dont have a roof. I have already paid £44,000 out of £55,000 and £9,000 classed as extra at a later stage to Michael O'Heney who runs this company. He has left me a big mess behind, financial debts and has completely ruined my life.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
