I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. The best decision I made was going to rated people site for a tradespersons. Kevin contacted me after I posted the job. He came to see what needed done and we agreed price etc. Everything was done according to timelines and price. There were no surprises as sometimes happens with other contractors. The job was way above my expectations by a genuinely nice and considerate person and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Kevin to anyone who needs this kind of work done.
