I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Ian and Adrian were most accomodating with the little alterations to the project that would inevitably arise and as a result I ended up with exactly what I wanted and more. Their attention to detail impressed me. Their attention to drinking enough coffee to float a battleship also impressed me!!!! The overall result is we got what we wanted and a few laughs to boot!! So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
