I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Seemed to know what he was doing, but as the job was due to start, he didn't order materials for the job in time, ordered wrong materials, don't write anything down. Communication was poor and was all over place. Quality of workmanship turned out to be really poor in the finishing, many mistakes, had to point out and question his work. was very pushy and manipulate to be paid before completing, then tried adding monies to rectify his mistakes. Then left the job before completing. Never use this man.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Jack and Ryan offer a thoroughly professional service. They were extremely careful, cleaning up after themselves and taking care of all the small details. The doors they fitted look great and they also managed to make a bespoke cupboard door to match. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
