I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We had a fantastic experience with Jim. His quote was very reasonable, about half the price of some of the other builders. He is a very lovely, genuine guy & also extremely reliable. Turned up on site promptly every day & finished the job (downstairs extension plus a dormer window upstairs) very quickly - the whole lot was done in about 3 months. He talked us through every step & made sure we were well informed. It all came in on budget & he was very honest with his costs & timescales. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

Gary was also very helpful with any questions that came up during the project and because of a design change I was able to accommodate a trash bin drawer. Tom was pleasant and on time he did a marvelous job of my flat pack (king size ottoman bed). I also had him do re grouting in my bathroom. The price was okay considering he had been there all day.
