I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Purely as an observation please note what the job requires prior to quoting as it clearly created some confusion when your team turned up culminating in a price increase ? I appreciated the flexibility of " bank transfer" and the " trust" element. Not transferring within a few hours as I was out, did not constitute that I would forget..
