I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Kept us informed as the job progressed. The carpenter did come across obstacles which were new to him but this was due to the job not being straight forward and parts were tricky due to a brick hearth and a spiral staircase both to have wood flooring fitted around. The job has turned out really nice and I would recommend him.

We are pleased with the tiling and are happy to recommend Matthew. He clearly takes pride in his work and was able to suggest an excellent cleaning product too, which keeps the glass tiles shining.
Mick installed our new kitchen about 12 months ago. He's a fantastic tradesman, can cover all of your domestic trade news and a great guy whom you can trust. He did such a great job he's coming back next weekend to fit a bathroom and tile the whole of our ground floor.
