I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Very good contact with Alan. Very happy to provide advice in regard to window style and colours. Windows was done in 2 days and neat. Only a small issue due to the supplier sending wrong wrong-sized window, but not related to the company - in the meantime, my bathroom window was secured. I will be finishing the rest of my house windows with Alan in the near future and can recommend the company.

Keiran did that rare thing of turning up exactly when he said he would. Tidy and friendly, and reasonably priced. He removed a glass pane from door and fitted wooden replacement before installing cat flap - looks smart and exactly what I wanted; he also installed MDF shelves in a walk in cupboard - not exactly complex, but affordable and exactly what I needed.
