I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. I found that Denis to be professional, good at listening and observing what his customers need. He had a challenge in of fitting cupboards into eaves of a characterful, typically non straight lined Victorian cottage. He executed it well. He also put in a fitted wardrobe, partition walls and fitted a door and frame. Highly trustworthy, I’d have no hesitation in recommending him so if he does quote (and he’s frequently booked up for months but gets the occasional window of work) he’s a good safe pair of hands

The best tradesman I’ve ever encountered! Always respectful, clean and tidy. A great work ethic trying to find solutions to problems and extremely hard working. Nicu is incredibly knowledgeable about every building work including plumbing, roofing, insulation, tiling, general decoration. He advised me on what to prioritise, the materials to use and gave me options as I was on a budget with many repairs that needed doing. I cannot recommend Nicu highly enough.

Jon air con did an excellent job of relocating a Daikin air con unit, they dismantle the system that was fitted in one room and they relocated in another room this is a much complex work than just fitting a new system, i was impressed by the quality of the work and tidiness, attention to detail. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Peter successfully completed the plumbing part of the job to a very high standard. However this did not resolve the issue which could only have been an electrical problem. Luckily for me Peter is also a well qualified and capable electrician so I asked him to fault find a particularly difficult and random problem. This he did in a methodical, logical and timely manner. This will now allow me to replace the faulty machine with confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter for plumbing / electrical work
