I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. The gentleman that came was very friendly, diagnosed the problem in seconds, went to his van, got some lubricant and fixed the lock. He was in the house for about 15 mins. He said he had come from Leicester which I know is about an hour away. Now this is where I'm not sure. He charged me £60 which seems a lot for a 2 minute job. Obviously petrol, it wasn't an emergency. Is that normal price?

Kept us informed as the job progressed. The carpenter did come across obstacles which were new to him but this was due to the job not being straight forward and parts were tricky due to a brick hearth and a spiral staircase both to have wood flooring fitted around. The job has turned out really nice and I would recommend him.

Matthew arrived promtly on all 3 occassions from his first estimate visit to completion. He communicated well and was very polite. The estimate was comparable with other quotes. We are pleased with the tiling and are happy to recommend Matthew. He clearly takes pride in his work and was able to suggest an excellent cleaning product too, which keeps the glass tiles shining.
Mick installed our new kitchen about 12 months ago. He's a fantastic tradesman, can cover all of your domestic trade news and a great guy whom you can trust. He did such a great job he's coming back next weekend to fit a bathroom and tile the whole of our ground floor.
