I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We have been building and renovating property since 2005. Over the years, we have predominantly focused on our own projects, but more recently, we are offering our services to clients. Our experience covers all aspects of property works.
Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.

Krzysztof started the job as the original plan however, our door supplier (Doorweb) let's us down badly by sending a wrong frame. Krzysztof was very helpful and rearranged the installation. His quality of work and craftsmanship has been excellent. He pays attention to details and the finished product is very good. His quotation was reasonable and it is good value for money. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I am extremely pleased with the way Nick has dealt with the job that needed doing. He was very prompt in giving me a quote and arranging a date to carry out the work. He also gave me very sound advice on the type of doors that would be suitable and could be purchased at a good price.
