I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

My job posting received a rapid response, and someone called at the arranged time to survety and quote. The quote I received was considerably lower than other quotes, (although other quoteds were for bespoke wooden wardrobes built from scratch). The product provided exceeded my expectations, and represents good value. The job was completed on the days agreed and in a quick and professional manner. I am delighted with the new wardrobes, and would have no problem reccomending the firm. They need to sort our t a few gremlins with their website, but I know this is ongoing.

Kamen was lovely. He was on time and reliable. He has laid a laminate floor beautifully, levelling some very slight differences in a few areas first to ensure a good finish. Nothing was too much trouble. His work is of a high standard. He worked quickly and without any mess, leaving everything tidy. He was friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
