I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

We were hugely impressed by Courtney and his team. Everything came out on budget, and they were fast, reliable, and left the house clean and in order each day. Very nice people to work with, and can't recommend them highly enough. We are using his team again for an additional extension.
