Arnes was good at communicating with me throughout the process. He provided an approximate cost by phone then visited to take measurements and firm up on the price. Although not the cheapest quote I received, Arnes price was competitive and in view of his ratings from previous customers and his accommodating personality I decided to accept his quote. Great service and really excellent workmanship. John was very patient when we changed the design slightly and was very helpful in helping us achieve our dream shower room. We would highly recommend him and our friends who saw the finished job have already made plans for him to quote for thier bathroom. His charges are also very reasonable and the profile suggested and subsequently supplied are first class.

Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

He has built us two beautiful wooden pieces, one fitted bookcase and one reading book, as well fitted two doors, and insulated and redecorated an outside lean-to.
