I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. We are a team of 2 carpenters, me (Dan) and my father in law (Danut).We cover most aspects of 1st and 2nd fix gaining experience in the years spent in industry. Both of us have NVQ Level 2 in carpentry, valid CSCS Card and public liability insurance.
I first hired Dan to fit some new doors at our house back in October 2024. It started with 6 doors, but then I added another 2. Dan sent me many supplier links to look at once we had decided what style of doors we wanted. This led onto several more projects. He always offered good and honest advice, was very helpful. He is conscientious and trustworthy, and his attention to detail is superb. I will be using Dan again as I have a number of projects which will require Dan’s skill and expertise.

I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.
Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.
