I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Gave this contractor job as seemed careful and trustworthy. Poor finish on my painting job, leaving areas unfinished or marked. A final (and revised payment amount was agreed as main contractor had finished the undone areas. Then sadly Alin deleted what’s ap messages he had sent agreeing to a final payment amount, and threatened me with the small claim court.

Fatjon did the most fantastic job installing my bespoke Plantation Shutters into the bay window of my Victorian cottage. He was punctual, considerate, polite & the level of his craftsmanship was first class. The shutters look amazing & so much better than I had expected because of his finishing touches. In fact I asked him back the next day to do some other work for me. I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough.
