A fantastic team, serious, reliable with Very Good listening skills. Provided me with an overall outstanding service, from briefing to communication during the process and finally the delivery and installation of the final product. True Professionals that regardless of the time they will stay until late to finish the job at a high standard. they've asked me 5 times if I am happy with the look and quality of the product. Jamie and his colleague did an excellent job for us. (April ) They supplied and painstakingly fitted six internal doors, fitted a new garage side door and mended our back gate. Arrived promptly and were extremely polite courteous and tidy - working with barely a break for two days! Excellent price. We can wholeheartedly recommend JPO maintenance and indeed are calling upon their services again very soon. Thank you The Mason family

Did a great job boxing, tiling and plumbing new cloakroom. Very reliable, trustworthy and helpful with designs. Would definitely have back to do more bathroom renovations.

BTS building is a lovely father and Son operation. They are hard working and keep you updated with plans, progress and working times etc. The quality of the build is very good and they are happy to offer ideas for slight changes to improve the usability of the space.

The gentleman arrived promptly just before Easter. Got our system to work temporatily over the holiday as we were expecting company while we were waiting for the parts to arrive. Returned fitted them as promised. He was very proffesional, prompt and did come when he made an arangement to do so. Five stars on all counts

Jason has quoted us a very reasonable price and came out of his way to review a job for us - we will be contacting him in the very near future as we have to concentrate on another part of our home first.. but we found Jason to be very accommodating, professional.

David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.
