I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! The quote I received was considerably lower than other quotes, (although other quoteds were for bespoke wooden wardrobes built from scratch). The product provided exceeded my expectations, and represents good value. The job was completed on the days agreed and in a quick and professional manner. I am delighted with the new wardrobes, and would have no problem reccomending the firm. They need to sort our t a few gremlins with their website, but I know this is ongoing.

I required a kitchen gas pipe to be moved. Mr Munro identified unnecessary pipes, so he was able to make the route shorter and much better than initially expected. The copper pipes look very good as well. He was also able to help with another Plumbing job, I had. Very pleased.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
