I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Really happy with every aspect of Tony's work. He completed 12 different jobs for me in the end and each was to a high standard, plus Tony went the extra mile finding solutions to problems and recommending alternatives when required. Tony's customer service is a cut above your average tradesman too (in my experience). He arrives on time, works long days and keeps you informed of costs and plans every step of the way. Mark is a very enthusiastic and talented person. For the project Mark undertook it was important that I remained in control but to use his in-depth experience with the design process. He did what was asked and performed the job perfectly well, without error. I would certainly use Mark again.
