I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. We had a full kitchen rip out and replaced. Raf did all the works professionally and gave advice on improvements on our kitchen design. Raf was able to do extra works such as lighting and floor laying as well as plastering plumbing electrics and painting. Our kitchen was completed within time and on budget. I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
I have just had my bathroom retailed by James who did a fantastic job. I can't believe this is the same room. Thank you so much. The work was carried out, with great efficiency and everywhere was left clean and spotless. I was kept informed of the progress throughout and even involved in discussions on where to put the contrasting coloured stripe on the walls for best effect. I would certainly recommend this company and have already had a discussion about further works to be done early next year.
