Arrived on time. Presented himself clearly and politely . On being shown the job he asked a number of clearly expressed questions and made some measurements. I asked a number of questions which were answered precisely. I accepted his quotation and he began the work immediately. This was a very challenging job which had been has been attempted unsuccessfully on two previous occasions by others. We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. Nicu is incredibly knowledgeable about every building work including plumbing, roofing, insulation, tiling, general decoration.
