I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Paid a 10% Deposit for an Extension (MJG wanted 40%) at the beginning of April 21 so MJG could "register our works" and give us a start date which was intimated to be early June. Communication has been "sporadic" at best, with a number of what we can only assume to be excuses, as we cannot communicate with MJG. No start date has been given, no verbal communication with us since the middle of May 21. We have now asked for our "deposit" back and again have heard nothing from MJG - want to give 0 Star.......

Long delay to fit unit with no contact for weeks.Screw put through water pipe, causing damage to flooring and on repair of this,more damage caused to flooring.Poor quality wood used, item not stained when requested. Cannot use a nail gun sucessfully, nails sticking out on top of unit.Weeks of no answer to calls to put things right. Compensation eventually offered for damages and hassle caused, then no answer when trying to collect compensation.Very poor service.I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Came to repair the hole, all good until our trusted decorator came to paint the ceilings. He did his mis-coat and then the plaster all bubbled up and peeled off.. have been told that the board wasn’t sealed with pva before plastering, so any moisture has just sunk through with nothing to cling to.. no we have to pay to get the ceiling re-done!!
