I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Correctly installed tiles will not only look amazing but will last for many years. Why run the risk of ruining the look and finish of your brand new kitchen or bathroom by cutting corners on the tilers you employ? Your local plumber or handyman might also offer tiling services but in our experience these jobs are rarely up to the specifications when compared to professionally installed tiling. Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
We were more than happy with the people and the work they did. They were courteous, knowledgable and reliable: they started when they said they would, and completed the work to our enntire satisfaction within the time-frame they said. We would, without heitation, use them again.
