I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Milaim / Mosaic recently installed a new bathroom for me. This involved removing everything, repairing and plastering walls, and installing new units (shower, bath, WC, sink), tiling, painting and laying new floor. They completed the job in 8 days which was very impressive. Given this was my only bathroom and I've got young kids, they made sure that the bath was operational throughout. They also kept the place v tidy and worked incredibly hard. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
