I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. NMB have renewed my faith in builders! Nevin came to quote my job and we spent a good 2 hours planning every aspect of the project. He was very thorough and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his work! When the time came I was anxious about having workmen in my house however Eddie and Liam were a pleasure to have in my home. I really cannot praise their work enough. Next stage was a an arranged visit to the showroom, and have to say the standards were a lot higher than I could imagine. Very high quality products and quality of finishes… so it was a no-brainer Currently having works starting, to a time frame which suited us… so went above and beyond the customer satisfaction
