I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Layne has been in the industry since 1990 where he was a sole trader and then opening up his business to become a multi trade team. He, along with the LSI team members, offer a wealth of experience and technical advice. The business has been built based on customer care, communication and quality workmanship while adding technical support members in each department. We approach every new project big or small with enthusiasm and can offer ideas to suit every budget, along with the experience needed to complete the projects. Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
