I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.

Dan came the day after I posted the job. He dealt with the issue quickly and to high standards. He is also trustworthy. I had to go to work and paid him beforehand and that was fine. Dan was also on time, which was good as I had to be at work early that day. Overall very good experience. Job was reasonably priced as well. Would definitely use him again.

We had an oak kitchen worktop replaced and kitchen cupboards repaired and units cleaned and sanded and repaired. Reimund and his team turned up on time. The standard of the work was excellent, the communication regarding decisions excellent and they cleaned up after their work. We also had a bathroom tiled, the quality of worked was excellent. Reimund is a very likeable and friendly person and so were his team. We are using them again and so are our family.
